STANDARD DJ PACKAGE

Cancellation Policy

All DJ and event bookings are subject to C.S.E. approval. A **40% non-refundable booking retainer** is required to reserve and confirm the event date. The remaining **60% balance is due 14 days before the event** unless otherwise stated in writing. The booking retainer is applied toward the total cost of the event. Any approved add-ons, additional hours, travel charges, parking fees, venue-related fees, equipment upgrades, or other requested services may increase the final balance. Rescheduling requests are subject to C.S.E. availability. If a client cancels the event, the booking retainer remains non-refundable. Changes to the event date, time, location, package, or services must be approved by C.S.E. Additional charges may apply. Any overtime requested on the day of the event is subject to availability and will be billed separately. Your event date is not considered fully reserved until the required booking retainer has been received.
